Ryan Brown
Ryan Brown is the Executive Director of LINC NW. Ryan is passionate about connecting people in meaningful relationships and loves to craft environments that promote care and support for families. Ryan enjoys frisbee golf, biking, and adventures and lives in Arlington with his wife and three children.
Kim Spencer
Kim (she/her) is the Associate Director and Resource Navigator with LINC NW. As Associate Director, Kim provides oversight for vital programs at LINC NW, including the Family Emergency Shelter, Rainy Day Fund, the Family Resource Center, Community Garden and community events. As Resource Navigator, Kim connects community members with essential services. She is dedicated to fostering a stronger, more resilient, and more connected community for all.
Marie Preftes-Arenz
Marie is the Clinical Supervisor for LINC NW. She is passionate about building relationships based on trust and respect and journeying with individuals and families as they navigate life’s joys and challenges. Marie lives in North Lakewood with her husband, son and two cats, and is also the proud mom of two daughters who live in Arizona and Colorado.
Jessica Reyes-Bream
Jessica (Jess) is the Marysville Emergency Weather Shelter (MEWS) Director and Volunteer Coordinator for LINC NW. Jess possesses extensive knowledge of local resources and volunteers with multiple programs throughout the Marysville/Arlington area. A Tulalip Tribal member and a mother, Jessica's work with the unhoused is a deeply personal mission grounded in her love for family and her surrounding community. Jess is driven by a profound commitment to ensuring that every neighbor is seen, supported, and safe.
Cassie Fox
Cassie (they/them) is a Board-Certified Music Therapist and as LINC’s Youth Program Coordinator, is the driving force behind our youth programming. From academic tutoring to creating activities for teens to family fun events, Cassie strives to create a supportive and accessible environment. Cassie is committed to empowering marginalized youth and ensuring every young person has a seat at the table.
Yana Ramos
Yana (they/them) is LINC NW’s Resource Coordinator. They are the heart and engine of our daily operations at the Family Resource Center. Yana manages the Community Clothing Closet, Little Food Pantry, and Diaper Bank. They also process financial aid requests and provide resource navigation. Yana is dedicated to service and compassionate care. They are committed to ensuring the Family Resource Center is a welcoming space for all.
